Villa Bayad is a spacious, luxurious 4 bedroom villa, designed by Popo Danes, one of the most reknowned architects in Southeast Asia. The villa is traditionally laid out as a compound, the 4 bedrooms being separate houses beside the main house, all connected by flower-covered pergolas. From every room there is a beautiful view across the surrounding rice terasses to Bali’s sacred vulcano in the horizon.
The staff In the villa a full time staff of 12, including maids, driver, cook and gardeners, is ready to make sure, that your stay here will be unforgettable.
The garden Surrounded by 8000 m2 garden, laid out as sloping terrasses and bordered by a small river, you will constantly experience the amazing touch of undisturbed nature.
Moving through jungle-like vegetation, you will arrive at the traditional gate and lobby, where the magnificent view of the garden and the ricefields awaits you.
In the garden there are numerous coconut palms and fruit trees, and the organicly grown vegetable- and herb- gardens supply the villa’s household.
Catering Breakfast is included in the accomodation and you may have it served in the dining room or on your own veranda, as you please. Your staff will prepare lunch or dinner for you on your request. Simply choose from your in-house menu card. Vegetables are grown in the villa’s own organic vegetable garden. If you want, feel free to use the kitchens for your own cooking experience. The staff will be ready to help you with the local specialities.
Complimentary Ubud shuttle Any time you want to go to Ubud for shopping or dining, our driver will take you there and pick you up again on call. A local call mobile phone will be supplied to you for easy contact with the villa, while you are elsewhere.
Gym and bikes For the fitness interested a fully equipped gym will be at your free disposal, and for those, who want to explore the neighbouring Ubud hills, moutainbikes can be arranged.
Acivities In the villa we can easily arrange: Massage. Yoga lessons (Yoga-mats and -cushions are already available in the villa for your convenience). Cooking classes. In the Villa’s own lake you can go fishing for your dinner.
Your staff will always be ready to arrange activities on your request, such as: Excursion tours. Balinese dance evenings. Visit to local artists and galleries. Trekking tours.

Term and Conditions
Villa rates are categorized in low, high and peak seasons
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received in 3 days after receiving the invoice and Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (low season) and 60 days (high season and Peak season) or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your reservation

All costs related to the transaction have to be borne by you. Make sure to mention "Full Amount Guarantee" when you submit the transfer instruction.

Check in time is at 2.00 pm and check out time is at 12.00 noon. Late check out can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability.
Events or functions at the Villa must be authorized by The owner
Cancellation
Cancellation has to be made in writing, either by email or fax.
No show is subject to forfeiture of all payments you have made.
Notice of cancellation must be received by Bali Villa Seminyak Holiday in writing by email or email at least 61 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 91 days prior to arrival for High Season and Peak Season bookings. Deposit will be refunded in full less US$ 1.000.00 OR 30% of monies received (whichever is greater), if the booking is canceled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).In the event a reservation is canceled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
Final Payments are non-refundable
Be aware that security deposits are required for some villas. If required, a deposit will requested by the villa Manager upon arrival and will be refunded in full on day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made by Cash or transfer, less cost of damages.
Travel insurance
With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.
The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent
