Location Villa Dewata I is set in a quiet compound less than 100 meters from the main road in the center of Basangkasa, the area between Legian/Seminyak and The Oberoi.
Many interesting shops are right on the main road near the villa; it\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s about 1km to the beach, and a few minutes by car bring you to an increasing number of trendy restaurants such as Ultimo, M?tis, Ku de Ta, Hu\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'u, The Living Room, La Luciola, Trattoria, Mykonos, Kuni\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s, etc.
The international airport is about 30 minutes away, and its about the same distance to the popular Bali Nirvana Golf Course and the famous Tanah Lot temple.
The Villa This beautiful villa has an elegant simplistic design with a roof covered with wooden shingles. There are four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large air-conditioned TV lounge and a spacious dining and living area perfect for entertaining guests. The adjacent open pantry is equipped with a toaster, gas cooker and refrigerator, and another stove and refrigerator as well as electric appliances such as a micro wave oven, steamer, blender, etc. can be found in the adjacent kitchen.
Large folding glass doors in the living/dining room open up on two sides to the garden with many tropical plants and the swimming pool, and ceiling fans provide additional ventilation if required. Furnishings include a dining table for 8 guests and comfortable sofas. Next to the swimming pool two spacious Bales (gazebos); one with comfortable sofas, the other with large day beds.
Bedrooms All four bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the two front bedrooms have windows and glass doors opening up to the garden and swimming pool. All bedrooms have king-size beds and an additional day bed. The en-suite bathrooms of the two bedrooms facing the swimming pool have sinks and soaking bath tubs large enough for two, the other two en-suite bathrooms have only a sink and showers.
Amenities The 42 inch/110 cm SONY TV with surround-sound system in the air-conditioned TV lounge next to the dining area is connected to a DVD player and a cable TV system to receive over 55 international news programs, sports and movie channels, and there is a stereo system with tape deck and CD player in the dining/living room as well as a direct IDD telephone line and a fax machine. A personal electronic safe is installed in all bedrooms.

Villa rates are categorized in low, high and peak seasons
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received in 3 days after receiving the invoice and Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (low season) and 60 days (high season and Peak season) or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your reservation

Check in time is at 2.00 pm and check out time is at 12.00 noon. Late check out can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability.

Cancellation
Cancellation has to be made in writing, either by email or fax.
No show is subject to forfeiture of all payments you have made.
Notice of cancellation must be received by Bali Villa Seminyak Holiday in writing by email or email at least 61 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 91 days prior to arrival for High Season and Peak Season bookings. Deposit will be refunded in full less US$ 1.000.00 OR 30% of monies received (whichever is greater), if the booking is canceled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).In the event a reservation is canceled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
Final Payments are non-refundable
Be aware that security deposits are required for some villas. If required, a deposit will requested by the villa Manager upon arrival and will be refunded in full on day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made by Cash or transfer, less cost of damages.
Travel insurance
With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.
