Canggu Villas Villa Asana is perfectly positioned along the favorite Canggu area towards the southwest coast of Bali, on the grounds of the 700 square meters, only 500 meter walking distance from the famous surfing beach called Echo Beach of Canggu. It is easily accessible from the village’s Batu Mejan roadside within Padang Linjong village of central Canggu. The area itself is favorite for surfers and travelers who longed for a tranquility but yet still being not too far from the downtown.
Tucked away between rice paddy fields and traditional Balinese villages, Villa Asana is located only 30 minutes from Bali’s International airport. In addition, the new shopping area of Canggu Deli and Seminyak where the upscale shopping and dining district are just a 15 minutes drive.
On arrival at Villa Asana, you will enter a white wooden gate, which lead to a small landscaped garden. The villa offers an open-plan living and dining area with privacy, which features simple and modern look allowing substantial full views to the lap size swimming pool, backside garden and natural look of tall trees on the back of the villa. The villa has an open and fully-set kitchen with bar tools on the side allowing guests to enjoy drinking while waiting for the food to be ready.
The villa has two bedrooms, with separate entrance, each features a queen sized bed and a large bathroom. The first bathroom has a raindrop shower head and the other bedroom is with a square modern style bathtub. The bedrooms are optional to be interconnected through the second bathroom which i s suitable for families with young kids.
The master bedroom is spacious offering full views to swimming pool with its own walk-in closet on both sides of the closet wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom has glass windows overlooking to the garden offering significant natural light into the bathroom. There is a safe deposit box set-up in one of the walk-in closets for guest’s security in depositing valuable belongings. There are tall standing mirrors on the master bedroom’s wardrobe doors, completing the walk-in closet for guest convenience.
The master bedroom is connected to the second bathroom, which leads to the second bedroom that also has full views to the swimming pool. This bathroom has an array of glass walls above the bathtub allowing natural lights entering the room. The bathroom has a modern look with Balinese and natural decoration on its vanity, completed with free-shaped stone sink.
The swimming pool deck is furnished with loungers and outdoor dining furniture that makes it a perfect setting for breakfast, afternoon tea, or evening drinks. A guest toilet is located at the end of the living area.
Villa Asana is fully staffed with two housekeepers who both can cook, a gardener, a pool attendant. A staff service quarter has its own access for the staff doing guest laundry and storing cleaning products. Additionally, a night security is on duty during dark hours. Additional facilities in Villa Asana include: telephone, plasma television with satellite channels, DVD player, and free wi-fi internet connection.

Villa rates are categorized in low, high and peak seasons
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received in 3 days after receiving the invoice and Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (low season) and 60 days (high season and Peak season) or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your reservation

All costs related to the transaction have to be borne by you. Make sure to mention "Full Amount Guarantee" when you submit the transfer instruction.

Check in time is at 2.00 pm and check out time is at 12.00 noon. Late check out can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability.
Events or functions at the Villa must be authorized by The owner
Cancellation
Cancellation has to be made in writing, either by email or fax.
No show is subject to forfeiture of all payments you have made.
Notice of cancellation must be received by Bali Villa Seminyak Holiday in writing by email or email at least 61 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 91 days prior to arrival for High Season and Peak Season bookings. Deposit will be refunded in full less US$ 1.000.00 OR 30% of monies received (whichever is greater), if the booking is canceled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).In the event a reservation is canceled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
Final Payments are non-refundable
Be aware that security deposits are required for some villas. If required, a deposit will requested by the villa Manager upon arrival and will be refunded in full on day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made by Cash or transfer, less cost of damages.
Travel insurance
With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.
The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent
