Canggu Villas
The spectacular 4-bedroom Villa Canggu, complete with 20-metre swimming pool, is located just 50 metres from the beach in the tiny fishing village of Nelayan - literally meaning ‘fisherman’ - in Canggu on Bali’s southwest coast. The Villa is only 5 minutes from Echo Beach, famous for its perfect surfbreaks and beautiful sunsets over the ocean. Designed to maximize the natural light, and catch the cool breezes even at the hottest time of year, the property offers a blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living. There are numerous relaxation areas, so guests will always find a private spot for peace and quiet.

In fact, a large family or group of people could stay at the villa and still lose each other within its depths. In addition to this, guests have the choice of a number of different eating areas, all of which present a unique atmosphere, enhanced by the constant sound of the waves together with wonderful views of the beach and the Indian Ocean.

Master Bedroom

The air-conditioned Master Bedroom is located at ground level. It features a warm timber floor and modern dark wood furnishings including a king size bed. A large cabinet houses a 21-inch TV, together with a DVD and quality sound system. A spacious adjoining dressing room presents plenty of storage and hanging space, with fitted cupboards and large wall mirrors. There is also a safe deposit box.

The dressing room leads into an en-suite terrazzo-floored bathroom, characterized by a large bathtub and a walk-in shower boasting a semi-open air ambience and an abundance of natural light, Sliding glass doors open from the bedroom on to a veranda.

Children’s Bedroom with Adjoining Babysitter\'s Room

The second bedroom on the ground floor is suitable for children because it is adjoined by a small room designed to accommodate a babysitter. The children’s room features twin mattresses. The room features a wall-length desk, built-in shelf units, a timber floor, and a very private verandah accessed by sliding glass doors and located in the back corner of the villa’s walled garden. The bedroom is also equipped with a 20-inch TV, DVD and sound system, and a safe deposit box. There is also an en-suite terrazzo bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 & 4

The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are furnished with queen size beds, desks and ottomans. Each is equipped with a TV, DVD player and sound system, and safe deposit box. One room boasts a large stone balcony overlooking the pool and garden.

Both of the bedrooms, the balconies and the bathrooms boast glorious sea views. Each bedroom has a dressing area with built in storage, and each has an en-suite terrazzo bathroom. These two bedrooms have an interconnecting door, located between the dressing areas. The door can be locked or left open according to guest’s needs.

Location

Villa Canggu is nestled within the beautiful lush rice field area that is home to some of the most luxurious private residences on the island. The sweeping beach of fishing village Nelayan is a mere stone’s throw away and is lined by Fishermen’s huts and colourful ‘jukung’ fishing boats.

Echo Beach with its solid reputation as a great surf beach is also within walking distance from the villa and is renowned for its panoramic coastline views, legendary sunsets and excellent surf breaks. Guests have the option to carry their surfboards to Echo Beach and join the action or just enjoy the view from one the of great restaurants.

The trendy Seminyak area, with its wide choice of boutiques, spas and internationally-acclaimed restaurants including the famous Ku De Ta, La Lucciola, Metis, Sardine and Sarong, is only a twenty minutes’ drive away. It is also convenient for all of the shopping malls and main tourist attractions and the international airport is thirty minutes’ drive. The nearby ‘Nirwana Bali Golf Course’ was designed by Greg Norman, and was voted the number 1 golf course in Indonesia and the area also houses an equestrian centre.
