Villa Dua Seminyak is very strategic from the heart of Seminyak area, which is very famous with its shops, famous retaurant, and beaches. From the minute you walk through this new luxury villa you know you are in a special place. The feel of Bali pervades the minimalist designed villa through the use of strategically placed Balinese artworks and colourful textiles and finishes.
It takes about 20 minutes drive from the airport and 15 minutes to Kuta and famous Seminyak Square. In addition, the villa is close to the shopping centre, such as Carrefour, Bali Mall Galleria and plenty of gift shops and restaurants that provide a variety of cuisines such as Japanese, Chinese and Indonesian.

Living Area, Dining and Kitchen As you enter the small courtyard you face a large living, dining and kitchen area, a small coffee table and two red cushioned chairs are located outside to enjoy the view of the pool and garden.
A large L shaped, brown colored sofa with brightly colored cushions and multi coloured shades with gold thread are viewed on entering the living room. Centrally placed is a small coffee table in easy reach, for guests. This air-conditioned room is well designed and makes clever use of space opposite the sofa. Under the staircase is a TV console and cabinet for viewing your favourite show or DVD.
Bar stools at the kitchen bar overlook the chef style kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with ample cupboards and sufficient crockery and cutlery for guests. A gas hotplate with overhead exhaust fan and fridge are available and decorative ornaments grace the countertops adding to the Balinese ambience so prevalent in this property.
Swimming Pool Directly in front of the stairs and to the right of the entry is the 7 metre long swimming pool surrounded by a small but lush tropical garden. Decorative stone carvings are located around the edges of the pool and a beautiful, large artwork also done in stone is on the wall behind the four sun lounges, situated on a wooden deck.
Bedrooms There are two large sized, air-conditioned bedrooms at Villa Dua Seminyak, each has its own en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor opposite the pool and beside the staircase leading to the other two rooms is the master bedroom. Outside the room are two chairs and a small coffee table and above on the wall a beautiful stone carving.
The master bedroom is well furnished with a comfortable king sized bed. Two bedside tables, one on either side of the bed has lighting to read by. Opposite the bed is a TV cabinet with TV on top and decorative ornaments grace each side of the unit. This Bedroom has large bathroom space and has a basin with overhead mirror, shower with a rain shower tap, toilet and spa bath all inclusive.

Villa rates are categorized in low, high and peak seasons
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received in 3 days after receiving the invoice and Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (low season) and 60 days (high season and Peak season) or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your reservation

Check in time is at 2.00 pm and check out time is at 12.00 noon. Late check out can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability.

Cancellation
Cancellation has to be made in writing, either by email or fax.
No show is subject to forfeiture of all payments you have made.
Notice of cancellation must be received by Bali Villa Seminyak Holiday in writing by email or email at least 61 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 91 days prior to arrival for High Season and Peak Season bookings. Deposit will be refunded in full less US$ 1.000.00 OR 30% of monies received (whichever is greater), if the booking is canceled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).In the event a reservation is canceled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
Final Payments are non-refundable
Be aware that security deposits are required for some villas. If required, a deposit will requested by the villa Manager upon arrival and will be refunded in full on day of departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made by Cash or transfer, less cost of damages.
Travel insurance
With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.
