Rates
All Rates are quoted in United States Dollars.
at Some Villa Rates + 21% tax |+ 15% tax and service charges and other villas rates are inclusive tax (net price)
What's Included?
Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Item such as toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa. Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest's discretion.
Seasons
Low Season: Jan 09 - June 30 (Except Lunar New year and Easter week.
High Season: Lunar New year, Easter week, July 01 - July 31, Sept 01 - Sept 15.
Peak Season: Aug 01 - Aug 31 and Dec 20 - Jan 08.
Payment
Payment by wire transfer : All bank correspondence charges applied to telex transfers shall be borne by client On any transfer made, please state the invoice number to ensure payment are allocated to the correct booking

full payment to be made 30 days before arrival in low season and 45 days before arrival in Bali for high and peak season. Guest can may choose to transfer the full amount to minimize bank charges. All guest should READ and Accept all tems and condition of Villa stay found online at our website www.balimegahvillas.com
Accepted payment by credit card (Visa Card and MasterCard only) with 3.50 % surcharge for administration fee. Clients will need to send a guarantee letter by FAX to authorize us to debit such amount on the card, together with the copy of its both sides. It must be processed in Indonesian Rupiahs by law and will be converted at the prevailing bank-selling rate for US Dollar.
Payment & Cancellation
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the agent within two (2) working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the client. If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled.
Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days in the case of Christmas/New Years bookings).
In the case of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within two (2) working days, or on arrival, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first.
All payments must be made in USD dollars with Payments options are:
1. Telex Transfer – All charges incurred for Telex Transfer transactions will be borne by the client.
2. Credit Card – All payments made by credit card will be subject to a 3,5% additional charge.
3. Paypal - Easy, quick and secure online payment. a 5% additional charges will applyyou can use your credit card without exposing your card number to the seller.
2. Deposits will be refunded in full less 10% of the total rental fee with a maximum of 500 USD, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/ New Year bookings).
Reservations cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate The agent for the time and effort involved in making a booking and to compensate the owner for the loss of other potential bookings that have turned down once a booking has been confirmed.
Notice of cancellation must be received by the agent in writing.
Final payments are non-refundable.
No other clients or groups will be booked at the villa during dates , meaning that each booking is guaranteed exclusive occupancy of the villa.

Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.

Check-out Time
Check-out time is 11 Am and Check-in time is 2 PM
Day use until 6 PM : 50% from nightly rental.
Car Rentals (self drive or with driver)
Brand New Late model Kijang car is : USD 50 per day (9 hours) inclusive driver and petrol.
Airport Transfer
One of our staff will be at Denpasar's 'Ngurah Rai' airport to greet YOU on arrival and drive you and your family/party to your chosen holiday villa. One Transfers to and from the airport to villa are free of charge. Multiple transfer is additional charge USD 10 - 20 / way. depend on the villa location
Liability
Bali Megah Villas will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of with respect accommodations, car rentals, including any substitutions. If any services accommodations are substituted, Bali Megah Villas will at all times and in good faith endeavor to substitute services accommodations of a comparable type.
Bali Megah Villas disclaims any and all liability for property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at a private villa, or whilst engaged on any tour, whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of Bali Megah Villas, its servants, employees or agents
